Ronnie Tal

Ronnie Tal, executive director and owner of Renotal, earned his BSC as a civil engineer at the Technion University in Haifa, Israel. He went on to serve his country for seven years, working alongside the Army Corps of Engineers. In the private sector, he served as project manager at Koor Metals, supervising several complex structures including an airport cargo terminal at Ben Gurion Airport, as well as an Airport in the Sinai. His wide range of experience included overseeing the construction of bridges in Brussels, Belgium. He entered the NYC market as a project manager for a major development company, building high rise residential and commercial properties. Venturing out on his own was an exciting time, working on projects that included private residences, townhomes, hotels, both as a developer and owner. Ronnie’s education and years of experience working as a civil engineer allows him and advantage in a complex and demanding industry. His execution and management, reflect his broad level of skill. He ranks well above his peers as both a skilled technician and visionary.

Levan Sidiani, Office / operations Manager for Renotal, provides a diverse skill set to our team. From operations management in aviation field to safety management, his range and depth transgress the boundaries of his many endeavors. With his passion of photography and excellent communication and technical skills, Levani has increased Renotal’s social media presence dramatically.

Valerie Charchan

Valerie Charchan, project manager, has nearly 20 years experience working in architecture, design and construction. Educated at NYU and Columbia, Valerie started her career working at the Rockwell Group, Gensler and Ferguson Shamamian & Rattner. Working at these firms gave Valerie hands on exposure to a wide range of projects in the hospitality, retail, corporate and high-end residential market. She later served several years as the northeast regional architectural projects consultant for DORMA as well as the architectural territory manager for Forms+Surfaces providing sales and consulting services for building materials to the architectural and design community. Before joining Renotal, Valerie was a project manager for a number of high end residential projects – both private apartments and single family townhouses in New York City. She brings a wealth of talent and expertise to our organization.
